Media Courses in The Netherlands

Course applications are now being invited targeting internet for journalists, broadcast journalism, and broadcast management courses, to train in The Netherlands.

Internet for Journalists:

The course is designed for mid-career, online and broadcast journalists, with at least three years experience in the field with special emphasis on the internet. It is targeted at media professionals from developing countries and countries in transition.

Course dates: May 16 - June 24, 2011.

Requirements: 

• Minimum of three years working experience in the media
• Letter of endorsement from employer
• Evidences of secondary education and professional education or training in media
• Computer literate
• Proficiency in the English Language

Broadcast Journalism:

To strengthen the capacity of broadcast journalists and of the organisations they work for to research and report for broadcast and new media in an effective and ethical way on sport and its place in society.

Course dates: January 31 - April 22, 2011.

Requirement: Just as above for internet for journalists.
